Had an excellent charter experience in the BVI's in January with a 41 ft Beneteau monohull for a week with Conch Charters. The boat was fantastic and we had no operational problems or issues all week. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and folks could not have been nicer or more helpful. I want to make a special note to Captain Philip Oliver, who took us out for a day to help us get comfortable with the boat and give special local knowledge/advice on the area and sailing customs. Worth the extra money/time for sure and we really appreciated his help. Highly recommend Conch if you are looking to charter in the BVI's in the future.

My husband and I bareboat chartered a 40’ Fontaine Pajot from Conch Charters for 10 days and had an absolutely fantastic experience.
The team was excellent from start to finish. Hazel made check-in smooth and welcoming, Ross gave an incredibly thorough boat briefing, and Bernadette walked us through detailed chart planning and island routing. Their local knowledge and sailing stories were both fun and incredibly helpful.
We also spent much of our first day with checkout captain Phil, who was fantastic. I hadn’t handled a boat in a while and he was patient, kind, and very supportive while helping me get my boat handling and sailing skills back up to speed. It gave me a lot of confidence before we headed out on our own.
The boat was in great condition and everything worked perfectly the entire trip.
We circumnavigated Tortola with stops at Norman Island, Peter Island, Cooper Island, two days at Virgin Gorda, and Jost van Dyke before heading back. Winds were mostly 18–24 knots (with a couple days up to 30) and the boat handled beautifully.
A few tips for future charters:
• Preorder provisions from RiteWay online. They deliver everything directly to your boat.
• At Virgin Gorda, call Mr. Barry for a taxi tour of the island. Great recommendation from Bernadette.
• Ice boats visit many mooring fields in the mornings and will also take your garbage.
• BoatyBall reservations worked great along with first-come moorings.
We would absolutely charter with Conch again. Highly recommend both the company and sailing the BVI.

We did bareboat charter with Conch Charters over the Thanksgiving week for 9 days. Our boat - 2018 41' monohull "Take A Bow" was very clean and very well maintained. Engine ran beautiful, batteries worked well, everything on board functioned as expected. I've been on newer boats and frankly could not tell this boat was 7 years old. Had no issues whatsoever. Office staff was very responsive and easy to work from booking to completion of the charter. Marina staff was friendly and helpful and got us on our way timely. Overall, we were 100% satisfied and can't wait to come back.

We just finished an incredible 7-day charter with Conch Charters, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. It was our first charter with our family of seven.
From start to finish, the trip was seamless, relaxed, and expertly run. Tide of Your Life, a 46 Lagoon was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for a week of island hopping in the BVIs. Every detail—from the condition of the vessel to the overall organization—reflected a professional and thoughtful operation.
Our captain was outstanding: highly skilled, calm, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in these waters. He tailored the itinerary to our preferences, balancing great sailing, beautiful anchorages, and time to explore ashore.
Conch Charters was easy to communicate with both before, during and after the trip, and their team clearly takes pride in what they do. This was a memorable family experience and one we will be talking about for years to come.
We would absolutely charter with Conch again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a BVI sailing adventure.

An Unforgettable BVI Adventure with Conch Charters and Captain Phil!
We just returned from a fantastic week-long sailing vacation in the British Virgin Islands with Conch Charters, and we cannot recommend them enough! If you are planning a sailing vacation to the BVI’s, this family-owned operation offers a refreshingly personal touch, excellent customer service, and unbeatable value compared to larger charter fleets. Captain Phil made our experience very memorable. Each day when we arrived at a new anchorage, he told us great stories and history about the island we were visiting that day. With his 34 years of life in the BVI’s he was able to add very interesting local lore. He also gave us helpful advice for enjoying and exploring the islands. He was constantly offering good options regarding where we could go and how we could spend our day. This was our fourth time we’ve sailed the BVI’s and Captain Phil was by far the best captain we’ve ever had! The 50 foot sailing cat, Diamond Girl, was in impeccable condition. We didn’t have any mechanical issues during the entire trip. From start to finish…it was an amazing and memorable trip!
