Our company, Life Imaging FLA, planned this corporate Christmas event more than a month in advance, expecting a well-organized and enjoyable experience for our team.
We signed a contract and paid for the South Beach Lady yacht, with pickup and drop-off at Pier “Sexy Sticks,” as clearly stated in our agreement.
The day before the event, we were sent only a marina map and schedule, without being informed that the yacht and pickup location were being changed. At no point were we told that we would be boarding a completely different vessel.
On the day of the event, we were provided with a yacht that was approximately half the size of what we contracted and paid for, which was not suitable for a corporate event. The food quality was also poor and did not match what was promised.
When we attempted to address these issues, the phone communication was extremely unprofessional. The company representatives no apology or effort to resolve the situation was offered.
We are real paying customers with a signed contract, and this experience did not match what was sold or agreed upon.

I went on a boat ride as part of a corporate event and the service was top notch! The food was phenomenal and drinks were always flowing. I would definitely do this again if I’m ever in Hollywood again!

Enjoyed a SPECTACULAR Valentine's day cruise on one of their ships. The service was incredible, the ship was extremely beautiful and spotless and the food was delicious! My husband and I will definitely join them again and so will many friends and family members!

We celebrated a 60th birthday party on South Beach Lady Yacht. It was smooth sailing, very friendly service, Great entertainment, good food, never endimg drinks, and an Awesome venue!

We had an amazing time celebrating our company's 20th anniversary. The staff was great, the food was delicious, and the DJ's had everyone on the dance floor. I highly recommend you take a tour on this lovely yacht.
