I asked for their best boat for a holiday outing with my entire family. They knew the kind of boat I came from and knew the level of experience I expected. Instead, they put us on a filthy, smelly, worn-out boat that never should have been offered as a premium charter.
The boat was disgusting. Bad smell. Damp, moldy feel. Torn-down interior. Shag carpeting. Plastic on the couches. It felt cheap, neglected, and heavily used. Not luxury. Not even close.
What made it worse was the response. Once I complained, the answer was basically: take your money back or come back early. That misses the point. The issue was not the refund. The issue was that they misrepresented the boat, ruined the experience, and showed they cared more about squeezing out one more charter than protecting the relationship.
They knew better. They did it anyway.
I would never book with them again.

We recently chartered a yacht for a half-day business meeting along the Miami Intracoastal, and the experience was exceptional. The planning process was seamless, and pricing was very reasonable. The crew was highly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The yacht itself was immaculate, and the setting made for a productive and enjoyable meeting. We highly recommend this company for anyone seeking a first-class, stress-free yacht charter experience.

What an amazing experience this trip was for our family! Starting with Jessica, who not only set up the reservation, but also coordinated that all the food and beverages were correct and onboard. She also ensured that the jet ski rentals were delivered as promised. And we can't say enough about the Captain, Yusmany, and his crew, Stephanie. They were absolutely phenomenal and made our experience that much more special! Will definitely use them again when we come back. Highly recommend The Advantaged!

We had an amazing experience through Advantaged Charters celebrating my daughter-in-law’s 28th birthday. Jessica made the planning process easy and stress-free, and our onboard hosts, Renee and Frank, were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and so welcoming.
The yacht was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the sunset cruise made the celebration truly unforgettable. Everything was handled with care and professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend Advantaged Charters for any special occasion!
