We recently returned from a week long vacation to BVI and Moorings Yacht Charter, and it was our best vacation to date! Captain Paul sailed our boat and was amazing. He took us to his favorite beaches/ islands and a few times we were the only ones there. He went above and beyond taking us to shore in the dinghy boat and picking us up when we requested it. He was so easy to be around and even joined us for dinner one night and some card games. The islands were beautiful and relaxing. We want to go back! Definitely book your next vacation with moorings and ask for Paul.

We just experienced a week long trip of a lifetime in the BVI’s through the Mooring’s Yacht Charter. It was absolutely unforgettable and much of that was thanks to our incredible captain Paul Gaetan! From the moment we stepped aboard, we felt completely taken care of. His professionalism, knowledge of the islands, and calm, warm personality make the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.
Every stop was perfectly chosen and we appreciated our “huddle” with him every night to discuss the next day’s game plan. We felt like he really “got us” and made the perfect recommendations that suited our parties vibe. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best time possible every day. We loved that the experience felt extremely personal. He made sure it was an adventure customized just for us and, because he knows the islands so well, knew where and when to take us so that a lot of the time it felt like we had the BVI’s to ourselves! Our adventure to Great Tobago will always be a highlight!
The BVI’s are stunning on their own. We will never forget the beautiful beaches, stunning water, amazing snorkeling, delicious local spots and breathtaking views, but having such an incredible captain made this vacation next-level. We cannot recommend Captain Paul enough! We are already dreaming about going back!

Our trip in the BVI’s was fantastic! We chartered a 53’ catamaran through the Moorings for 3 couples. Everything from the perfect weather to the calm seas was like paradise. What made our voyage so great was Captain Steph and Chef Julia. We boarded as strangers but departed as friends. Steph took us to the best places and showed us a great time. Julia prepared delicious healthy meals with special touches each day. They were both very accommodating to all of us. Would definitely request them again!!

I would give Mooring Charters a higher score than 5-star if possible. Excellent service from start to finish. They had every detail covered. Our boat was great and our Captain Wayne and First Mate/Chef Kathryn were amazing! Ask for them if you are looking for a 48 ft Catamaran. They are a wonderful couple! Truly was a wonderful experience and a great way to see BVI!

We truly can’t put into words what an amazing experience we had with the Moorings. Our captain Paul was incredible. He took us to a few of his favorite spots, which were remote and breathtaking. He made sure we were at different locations bright and early to beat the rush. Every location we had to ourselves whether it was the Baths or the bubbly pool. I couldn’t rate Captain Paul or experience high enough. If you want an amazing experience, Captain Paul is your man!! (He even made French pressed coffee for us)
