Poor Customer Service! I had to reschedule with this company in July 2020 due to the pandemic. The company promised that I would be able to use their services at a later date before December 2020! I have Contacted them more that 6 times to utilize my secured deposit and to provide reschedule date information. It has been over 2 months and I have received NO return call, NO return of my deposit, and NO one is answering their business phone.
