A fantastic day with Captain Sam and Eli! We swam with turtles, saw beautiful fish while snorkeling, caught a Baracuda, and ended with a gorgeous sunset. They provided history of the islands, and made it an overall great experience. I highly recommend them. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Amazing day on the water! Eli and Captain Lano were an awesome pair of hosts for our day. They took great care of us including our 6 month old granddaughter. -Highly recommend them!!!

I booked the half day private tour online but then communicated with them via email. Our boat trip was in March 2025, group of 15 (3 families with young children as small as 2). It was a smooth experience to book, and we could add on people on the day of the tour (up to the max of 15, we weren't sure if all of us would go). The boat was on time and very close to the cruise terminal (as close as could be without being in the cruise terminal). The boat was modern and felt very safe. Our driver was friendly and receptive to our requests - he first took us on a small tour of Atlantis and then to a snorkelling spot. Younger kids were afraid of the deep water, so we did not stay long. The next stop was a beautiful beach on some sort of empty private island, with only a few other small boats anchored nearby as well. It was very private, and the water and sand were gorgeous. We carried the small kids over to the sand where they played while we swam and saw turtles. It was a wonderful morning. Thank you!

Captain Sam was great at helping us make arrangements for our half day excursion and Captain Timmy took fantastic care of us while on the trip. Timmy was super friendly and told us a lot of history and pointed out lots of sites along the way to our snorkeling adventure. He made sure we safely entered and exited the boat. After snorkeling, we went passed Rose Island and then went to another little island were we snorkeled with turtles. Timmy had an eye for seeing them and told us which direction to go to make sure we got to see them up close. So fun! We would highly recommend this tour for everyone. P.S. My daughter thought the guide was cute! :-) Thanks for a fun day.

Our family had the most incredible experience with Mario this past weekend! From start to finish, he made our tour unforgettable. We explored several stunning islands around Nassau, enjoyed a delicious lunch at Mackenzie’s, and searched beautiful beaches for shells and sea glass. The snorkeling at the coral reef was breathtaking, and swimming with sea turtles was a highlight for all of us.
Mario’s attention to detail was exceptional—he helped us find sand dollars and starfish, and even made it possible for my husband and me to renew our vows at sunset on a very private plateau off an island. It was such a special moment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the day.
Mario helped us obtain a conch shell, something we were really hoping to bring home as a keepsake. He went above and beyond to make it happen! He was also amazing with our kids (ages 10, 8, and 7), making sure they were engaged and having fun throughout the adventure and that we were all very safe.
If you're looking for a personalized, family-friendly boat tour in Nassau, we can’t recommend Mario and Bay West enough. This was hands down the best part of our vacation!
