The boat itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped with everything we needed for an amazing experience. It was clear that great care goes into preparing each vessel.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience chartering the Wailea out of the TMM docks in Tortola. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The boat was in top shape—beautifully maintained, clean, and clearly well cared for, which made our time onboard both comfortable and stress-free.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Didi, Nicole, and the entire staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with everything, making planning and our time on the water seamless. The Wailea was perfect for our family and provided the ideal home base for exploring the BVIs.
The only recommendations we would suggest are making sure guests are familiar with how to operate the water maker and having extra bath towels available for a mid-week change, especially for a week-long stay.
Overall, we highly recommend the Wailea to anyone looking for an unforgettable family charter experience in the British Virgin Islands. We would absolutely charter this boat again without hesitation!

This was our third charter with TMM, and they continue to be a pleasure to work with. Booking with Didi was a breeze, Nicole always does a great job walking through the checkout paperwork, and Morgan was excellent at explaining all the boat systems—thorough, clear, and reassuring. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Having had a boat in charter myself, I know what a well-run operation looks like, and TMM consistently delivers. They make the whole experience feel easy, which lets you focus on enjoying time on the water. We’ll happily continue chartering with them.

This was my first bareboat sailing charter as well as my first time in the BVI. TMM was definitely the way to go. They set me up with a very experienced ASA qualified instructor for the first two nights. We knocked out the ASA 114 certification during that time. TMM's communication was outstanding during every step of the process. Their reputation of maintaining their boats was confirmed with our 2020 Lagoon 40. The boat did not have a single issue. I highly recommend chartering through TMM.
