We had the pleasure of booking One Love for a trip in December 2019.
As a group of 6, I wanted to book a private charter, versus being part of a large group. I did some research and came up with a few different companies and contacted each of them.
One Love was the first to respond and I immediately got a good impression from them. They had rave reviews and just left me with a good feeling so I booked.
Our trip was on our first full day at STT and it ended up being the perfect way to kick off the trip.
4 members in our group had never been to STT or the BVIs before, so I really wanted a trip that showcased the area and the islands, also giving us a chance to snorkel.
We started off snorkeling at Caneel on STJ and got to see sea turtles (which was just what we wanted). From there we headed to Jost for customs and a drink at foxy's. Then over to Sandy Spit (so cool and beautiful), ten off to White Bay/Soggy Dollar where we finished out the day.
While I was expecting Joe as the captain, we ended up with Val, and she was great!! She helped us plan the day and was an expert captain. On the way back to STJ one guy lost his hat and without missing a beat she circled back and we fished it out.
We all had a phenomenal time and will certainly book with One Love again. Thank you!!!

I want to start by saying our trip with One Love Charters was the most memorable day of our 7-day trip to St. Thomas! We couldn't have asked for a better Captain than Landon! He catered to our schedule and did not rush us thru our stops. The weather was less than desirable during the morning hours but it did not take away from our amazing experience. Landon was great at navigating around the storms and changed our first snorkeling destination so we could avoid the rain all together! He was very respectful of what we wanted to do and made sure to get our approval before changing course to avoid the storm.
We also had the opportunity to meet the owners, Joe and Amanda, who were both humble and accommodating to our day. If you want to go out with a charter company that knows their way around the islands (and are good honest people) then you should definitely pick One Love Charters!
Our day started out with snorkeling at Maho Bay off of St. John's. Here the waters were crystal clear and we saw many different sea turtles. After snorkeling, we pulled up to Tortola Island to check into customs. Even though we were just sitting on a boat waiting to clear customs (about 30 minutes) it was still an awesome view taking in the sites of Baughers Bay. After we cleared customs we made our first stop in the British Virgin Islands at Cooper Island where we had a great lunch at Cooper Island Beach Club. Not only was the food amazing but it felt like we were on a private resort all to ourselves. After lunch, we headed to the Rum Bar right next to the restaurant. They have over 180 different rums on their shelf! My wife and I grabbed a couple drinks and headed to the beach to take in the spectacular views looking back at Tortola Island! Our next stop was Norman Island where we docked at Willie T's (an old pirate ship docked in the bay). Here we boarded the ship, had a cocktail, then jumped off the 11ft plank into the water! Very cool experience! The last stop of our day was right off the shores of Little St James. Here we docked and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings with no other boats in sight. We had a great view looking back at St. Thomas and enjoyed a beautiful sunset with champagne! This capped off an unforgettable day with One Love Charters.
My wife and I are already planning a 2018 trip to St. Thomas and will be booking another full day outing with One Love Charters! Joe, Amanda and Landon, thanks for making this the best day of our trip to St Thomas!

Family Fun day on the water. One Love isn't just a name, Cptn Joe is passionate about the islands and being on the water. Just mention what you would like to see/do and he has great suggestions. From turtles, colorful fish, good places to eat (even if its pizza made on a boat), to shipwrecks. We had a great day, Thanks Cptn Joe.

This was our 4th trip to St. Thomas and our third time booking with One Love Charters. Amanda and Joe (the owners) made us feel like family, and our day out on the water with them was the highlight of our trip!
Booking was easy, as was communicating with Amanda to book our charter. There were 6 of us on the boat, plus Amanda and Captain Joe, and we were totally comfortable and had an AWESOME day. We snorkeled off of Buck Island (saw a bunch of sea turtles, fish, and some rays), had the freshest seafood lunch at a little place on Jost Van Dyke where you can get behind the bar and make your own drinks (Sebastian's), and ended our day with a few Painkillers on Jost's White Bay -- one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Highly recommend One Love Charters for families and those looking for more of a party -- either way, it'll be the best day of your vacation!

My family had a wonderful time with Captain Dom in February 2023, while in St Thomas for the day as a cruise stop. We have been to the USVI a few times before, but Dom took us to new places and even took us to the beach we were married on in 2011! Dom was great to spend the day with, the boat was comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to book with One Love Charters again.
My only suggestion would be to include some light snacks. As cruise passengers, on a tight schedule, it is hard to show up armed with snacks for the day. Even some individual bags of chips or fresh fruit would have been great.
